In-Store Pickup FAQ — Amiko Kawaii Goods (Japantown, SF)
We're happy to offer in-store pickup for our local customers in the San Francisco / Bay Area! Here’s everything you need to know:
Where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at our flagship store in Japantown:

San Francisco, CA 94115
What are the pickup hours?
Pickup is available during regular store hours:
Monday–Sunday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Please wait until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” email before coming by!
What do I need to bring?
To pick up your order, please present:

A valid photo ID

Your order confirmation number
Note: Only the person who placed the order may pick it up. We do not allow third-party or authorized pickups at this time.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Orders are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us once your order is prepared for pickup. Make sure to check your spam folder as well in the case that you don't receive an email from us.
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order for 2 weeks after you receive the pickup notification.
If it’s not picked up within that time:

We’ll send a reminder

You can choose to pay for shipping to have it sent to you

Or request a refund
If we don’t hear back after two weeks, the order will be refunded automatically.
What if an item I ordered is sold out?
If something in your order becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to:

Offer an exchange for another in-stock item

Or issue a refund
Can I change or modify my order before pickup?
